As much as we'd like to, this isn't something we can answer with any degree of certainty yet. All good things take time, so we're in no rush to release this server before we deem it's ready.
For BETA to occur, we need to finish up with the list below (see the next section, entitled "What we're working on in preparation for BETA"). There's really not a lot left to do with that at this stage (we'll keep the list updated).
After that's done, we can select a future date (still somewhat into the future) and begin to more seriously advertise for it on other community forums.
BETA will in all likelihood last for a couple of weeks (perhaps a month) depending on how well things go. Official will be announced once that's over and we're happy with how things are.
What we're working on in preparation for BETA
Server-side:

Extended information
Leveling
You will level as you're used to in USKO through EXP Quests, monster farming, or passively by gaining EXP as you sit down. On top of the traditional methods here's what else we've got for you; random events in your nation's homeland, these events spawn a fairly big amount of monsters and an NPC that'll give you a quest. This quest does not have a set reward! Your reward depends on the contribution you've made towards getting rid of the monsters, and should be seen as a nice distraction from your usual leveling experience!
Aside from random events, the usual events (Juraid Mountain, Border Defense War, Chaos Dungeon, Forgotten Temple, etc) all reward you much more handsomely than they do on USKO, making it so that just attending these events allows you to somewhat keep up even though you might not have a lot of time on your hands (hello there casuals!)
Ooh, and one more thing (casual Steve Jobs reference), every monster in the game has a small chance of dropping a monster stone; these monster stones can be put on your skillbar and upon using them will teleport you to an instanced dungeon filled with monsters that reward a bunch of EXP and have a fairly good chance of dropping old uniques, on top of that these monsters will also reward you with a nice amount of coins!
Skills:
All the upper-level skills (70, 72, 75, etc) have to be unlocked through their respective quests!
Item farming:
[Basic]
Chitin - will drop from most higher-level monsters in El Morad and Karus, higher drop rate in Ardream.
Mirage Daggers (and equivalents for other types of weapons) - same as Chitin armor.
Chitin Shell - will drop from a select few high-level monsters in El Morad and Karus (very low rate), every monster in Karus and El Morad Eslant (normal rate), and most monsters in Ronark Land (highest rate).
Shards (and equivalents for other types of weapons) - Same as Chitin Shell armor.
Upgrade Scrolls - Every monster has a small chance of dropping BUS and BES, and a higher chance of dropping High-Class Upgrade Scrolls. If you're looking to get scrolls specifically, certain monsters in Ardream and Ronark Land have a (much) higher chance of dropping them.
[Accessories]
Basic accessories that provide bonuses to 1 stat only can be obtained by killing monsters in both the Hell Abyss and the Desperation Abyss.
[Uniques]
Unique Accessories - will drop as if it were USKO, with a slightly increased rate. (this includes Juraid, etc)
Unique weapons - will drop as if it were USKO, with a slightly increased rate. (this includes Bifrost, Juraid, etc)
[Upper-level]
(Krowaz Weapons and Armors will NOT be available straight after the official release, but will be introduced at a later point in time)
Krowaz Weapons - will have to be manufactured as if it were USKO, getting the ingredients from Ronark Land and having a go at it.
Krowaz Armors - will have to be manufactured as if it were USKO, getting ingredients from Krowaz Land
PVP:
Ronark Land and Ardream will both be open from the start of official; players wishing to keep their character 'Ardream' can lock their EXP through the in-game feature. This will prevent you from getting EXP towards your next level, and will instead store all the EXP gained (up to a maximum of 2 billion). This feature can be turned off and on as you please.
NOTE: Ronark Land Base is something we're only considering of opening up if the player base is big enough.
Other things worth mentioning:
We (Aesteris, twostars) are the original developers of many of the projects you see running today, which were created using the snoxd-koserver project (then open-source).
Unlike those servers, we've continued putting in the time to bring it to the point where it's finally deemed 'production ready'. As we're the original developers, unlike other servers, this means we have full control and familiarity over the codebase (as we wrote it!), and can get things implemented reasonably quickly.
Cheat prevention is one of our main priorities. Unlike other servers which release first and then realise they need to deal with cheating, we've made a considerable effort to prevent all main forms of cheating server-side (speed hacking, wall hacking, various archer hacks, etc). In this way, there is no cat & mouse game with cheaters -- it cannot be bypassed by any client-side means.
On a similar note, having dealt with patching exploits for so long for 1.298 servers, we've designed the server with thoughts of exploits/abuse in mind from the get-go, and have been actively encouraging players to attempt exploiting systems (to no avail, thus far). We've even gone out of our way to develop a clientless bot to attempt various forms of abuse (in addition to its main stress testing role).
We take account security very seriously, so we've implemented support for One-Time Password [2 factor auth.] via Google Authenticator [which we feel is quick & easy, and especially familiar for people], and user-configurable region & IP range locks.
What are our main goals during alpha and beta?
[Alpha] - Getting feedback from our Alpha testers that have been invited to try out our server; both negative and positive. Fixing critical bugs, ensuring things behave consistently with USKO (where it makes sense to) with official servers.
[Beta] - Test run for official. Server will be hosted as it would be on official, rates will be consistently increased for faster testing, but otherwise everything intends to be the same as official. Fixing any lingering (or newly introduced) bugs that players discover, continued refining behaviour to be consistent with USKO (again, where it makes sense to), and getting more feedback on (and fine tuning) things like drop rates/XP/monster difficulties/etc.
Lastly we'd like to take this opportunity to thank Razor, he's been incredibly helpful in finding bugs that we needed to kink out before (and after!) the Alpha release.

Jest on prowadzony przez dobry Programistów jednym z nich jest znany (snoxd.net - Twostars) jeden mniej znany przez niektórych (Aesteris), serwer był w stanie alpha, teraz przechodzi do BETY.
