Imagine you burned your personal weapon to +7 and you are really bumped out that you lost your personal weapon,
well with the help of a Phoenix Scroll you'll be able to get your personal weapon back as a +1.

In short: If you burn your personal weapon (to any plus), you can get it back as a +1 with the help of a Phoenix Scroll.

For those that are wondering, what if i have a personal bow and i burned it, well i get the personal bow back?
Well, yes ! When you use a Phoenix Scroll, you'll be able to choose again between the personal weapons of your specific class.
(Bow or Dagger for rogues | Pole or Staff of mages | ... )

For example, you burned your personal bow, you use a Phoenix Scroll and then you'll be able to choose between the personal dagger or bow.

Also, you will not be able to buy the Phoenix Scroll unless you have burned your Personal Weapon.
So as long as you have your personal weapon, you won't be able to buy a Phoenix Scroll; Once you burned it then you'll be able to buy a Phoenix Scroll.
